This enables a lender to get straight to the heart of a deal and assists the speed of decision making, which is so often demanded by our clients.
Obtaining a termsheet is the easy part, to ensure we can deliver on the terms, we organise and provide the Lender with all the necessary KYC, Source of Wealth and onboarding requirements. We also co-ordinate with all 3rd party stakeholders such as lawyers, valuers and surveyors to ensure all conditions precedent to the loan drawdown are satisfied, in order to facilitate a smooth closing.
Loan Facility Management Services
We understand the importance of maintaining a strong compliant relationship with lenders, therefore we take care of the heavy lifting when it comes to borrowers adhering to terms and conditions of a loan. We prepare a detailed schedule of loan covenants and monitor these throughout the term of the facility to ensure the Borrower is meeting their obligations with the lender.
We act on the borrower's behalf with the Lender to supply any information required as part of these ongoing covenants or as part of the Lenders annual review process.
